Based in Waterbury, VT, and serving communities statewide, we want to work with you to create transformative experiences that blend traditional therapy with nature-centered interventions. We are currently seeking dedicated Nature-Centered Therapists to join our collaborative practice.
Position Overview:
This role involves providing therapy sessions in an outdoor setting. Our practice partners are encouraged to incorporate nature-focused techniques and activities as they develop their individual style and approach to Nature-Centered Therapy. As a group member in private practice, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, shape your practice and work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive and innovative environment. We are here to support you with experienced, open and kind clinical supervision, collaborative group consultation, and practical and affordable billing, marketing and administrative support as your practice grows.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, couples and group therapy sessions using nature-centered approaches.
Develop and implement treatment plans that integrate outdoor activities, nature experiences, and eco-therapy techniques.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other practitioners and staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualified Candidates:
Hold or are pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Hold or are pursuing (as a rostered psychotherapist), LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC credentials.
Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Have a passion for nature and enthusiasm for incorporating outdoor elements into therapeutic practices.
Are able to work independently and manage their own schedule effectively.
Compensation:
Aspect counseling group is committed to helping you meet your income goals. Compensation is based on a fee for service model. Take home pay varies depending on number of session held per week as well as education standing and licensing. Applicants will receive a link to our income calculator when an interview is scheduled.
